The Chile Pepper Institute welcomes new members. By becoming a member, you help to carry out the Institute’s mission of educating the world about chile peppers. Stay informed and become a CPI member – it’s one of the best ways to support the Institute. Because the Chile Pepper Institute is a 501(c)(3) organization, your contributions are U.S. tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.
