Annual New Mexico Chile Conference
The New Mexico Chile Conference was established in 1976 to support New Mexico’s chile growers with practical, research-based information in production, marketing, training, and industry networking. For nearly 50 years, it has remained the largest and longest-running chile pepper conference in the nation.
Each year, growers, processors, industry partners, researchers, and chile enthusiasts gather to learn from leading experts, explore new technologies, and discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping the chile industry. The event includes presentations, panels, exhibitor showcases, and updates on the latest work from New Mexico State University and the Chile Pepper Institute.
The conference continues to serve as a trusted source of knowledge and collaboration for the people who keep New Mexico’s chile tradition strong. We look forward to welcoming you to this year’s milestone gathering.
