Annual New Mexico Chile Conference
The New Mexico Chile Conference was established in 1977 to aid New Mexico chile growers with production, marketing, training, networking and many other industry aspects to help them compete in an ever-changing global production stream.
Overall, the New Mexico Chile Conference is a key resource for chile growers to enhance their knowledge, improve their practices, and stay competitive in the industry. New Mexico State University and the Chile Pepper Institute are the driving force behind the research-based information for our growers.
Currently, NMSU has more than a dozen faculty and research scientists upholding the amazing work of Dr. Fabian Garcia and disseminating that information to growers, producers and processors.
